As you may be aware, California is completely overwhelmed by pets being turned in to the shelters. At the beginning of Covid, pets were adopted left and right. Now that the world is returning to some kind of normalcy, they are being turned back in. This is extremely sad for the animals.

The shelters are FULL. Rescues are also filled to capacity and the costs for medical, food and other necessities for the animals is overwhelming.
Please, help wherever you can in your community.

California’s eviction moratorium has now ended and hourly phone calls, emails, and texts coming in about abandoned pets, owners passing, and animals being abandoned on the streets. This is beyond heart breaking. We knew when this moratorium ended there would be many more animals in need. People are once again being evicted from their homes.

We are doing everything we can here at the Linda Blair WorldHeart Found. This is the worst crisis EVER for the companion animals.
