LBWF stepped up and RESCUED Horatio! 

He was beaten to be mean but wasn’t! Dumped, scared and sick. He had an angel on his back, so others can learn through him about animal abuse is everywhere.

Horatio is a possible Pneumonia sufferer and needed more medical care than the shelter could provide. He has shown no aggression during his handling while at the shelter. LBWF stepped up immediately to help this very deserving boy.

More and more there is animal abuse for large breeds and small breeds. IT MIST STOP! Large breeds like Horatio are being beaten to be aggressive and the public is unaware what goes on behind peoples fences.

We have fought for the bully breeds for years, but it keeps going on and we must stop these criminals! They go on to do the same to humans; it is all connected and must be stopped!!
