The Linda Blair Worldheart Foundation is a team effort, run by Linda and other dedicated volunteers. We work very hard to never turn away a dog in need, but to make that a reality we must rely on a committed group of volunteers. Our volunteer opportunities range far and wide. We could use help with the following:

Office Management – We could use help in our main office sorting mail, organizing and filing adoption applications, updating health records, mailings, newsletter and brochure creation, etc. Everyone wants to work with the pups so the office work gets overlooked. If you are an office superstar, we are looking for you!

Foster Homes – We are in dire need of foster homes. The more foster homes we have, the more dogs we can save. Foster families take a rescued pet into their homes and treat that pet as one of their own until the pet is adopted or another foster home is arranged.

Dog Walkers – We can always use dog walkers at our Wellness Center. The dogs love going for walks, snuggling, and getting cookies.

Adoption Events – We need help with set up, break down, and helping throughout the day when we have adoption events. Some times are events are all day events at big pet fairs and sometimes they are just down the road at the local pet store. Either way it requires dedicated volunteers to help set up, hang out for the day, and break down so we can find our fur friends their forever homes.
