Greyhound Friends of NJ is a non-profit organization dedicated to the care and appreciation of the greyhound dog. Their mission statement is “There’s a home for every greyhound out there, it’s our job to find it”.

On August 22, 2009 Greyhound Friends hosted their Second Annual Greyhound Gala. The evening consisted of dinner, entertainment and a raffle/silent auction. Linda had the great honor of being invited to attend the event and help raise funds for greyhound adoption and to increase awareness about the rescue of all breeds. Closing down race tracks and giving these dogs a chance at loving, wonderful, homes has always been a staple in Linda’s rescue mission.

The event was a huge success and we look forward to a continued partnership with the Greyhound Friends of NJ. They are an incredible group of people and together we can make a difference!
