The state of California and the country cannot take any more of pet overpopulation, dumping and abandonment of companion animals, which is leading to needless euthanasia. This situation is so overwhelming LBWF feels it’s a state of emergency! Here is the document that was sent to the governors office with the hopes of making real change. We hope you will take the time to read it and learn more about the unprecedented crisis the animals are facing and possible steps that we can take to work toward a solution.
